Apparently all UK holiday companies that use this hotel were told in November 2019 and this is from HL hotel group that work would start at this hotel in December 2019 through to April 2020 and they should have told people who booked this hotel as a holiday place back then if like us you booked before November 2019.

They used to hide to one side and let you stay there for a few minutes before they came out I know this as they would pop there heads around with there mobiles in there hands noticed we were standing there and still took time to come out.
