I think I read somewhere that Resnais makes two jokes about adaptation in Les herbes folles. I love boutique hotels and I cannot wait to go back again.This is definitely the best hotel to stay at near the Charles-De-Gaulle airport. A microwave and kettle are also available. Transportation available. So unusual for the French.

Il m'a conseillé de suivre une formation basée sur la transformation des plantes se déroulant à Montmorot (39) donnant droit à un certificat de spécialisation en PAM (Plantes Aromatiques et Médicinales ). Les Herbes folles is situated in Nouart. Dinner was limited but was local, fresh and delicious. Now, I'm supposed to scramble to find a comparable place to stay? It is a shame we were only here for the night prior to heading to the airport. The decor and design is wonderful. Small elegant dinner menu. The staff is amazing and so attentive. They will arrange to deliver you to the airport at any time of day or night (€15-20).

Une vingtaine sont ramassées avec le souci de la préservation de la ressource naturelle. En effet l'éthique de ce syndicat me correspondait plus que le cahier des charges du label BIO. This was a great find for us.Old meets new in this beautiful hotel near CDG airport in the quaint town of Mauregard. Les herbes folles is an adaptation of a novel by Christian Gailly called L’incident (1996).

I HIGHLY recommend you check out Les Herbes Folles and stay a while!I just got an email stating that they overbooked themselves and don't have room for us after all. Such an awesome hotel. Absolutely charming.
